…There Was Once A Little Girl Named Lovinia…
…who loved to play in gardens and pretend she was a flower, but sometimes she imagined she was a fairy, it just depended on the day. Her favorite color was pink, and sometimes it was green, but often times it was gold, and if sparkles were a color, it would most certainly have been that.
Lovinia’s mother called her Livvy, and her father called her Lov. She adored it when they called her those names. Lovinia also loved catching butterflies, and often on a sunny afternoon could be found with a net in hand, running wildly around the garden. She enjoyed butterfly catching, but only if she was allowed to do it properly attired. A butterfly Catcher’s uniform consists of an explorer’s hat, a princess dress, and wellies of course! Everyone knows that!…” – LG
“I almost wish we were butterflies and lived but three summer days. Three such days with you I could fill with more delights than fifty common years could ever contain.” – John Keats (Bright Star)

I love that last quote.
I love “if sparkles were a color”. Brings back memories of childhood, memories of today.
I love what you wrote!!! That is so creative!!! Is it from your book?
Thanks Heidi!!!
It isn’t from my book, it’s just a little story idea from one of my writing journals:). But I’m glad that you like it!!
